朱古力栗子忌廉卷


一向很怕做卷蛋,怕捲的時候問題多多:蛋糕裂啦、黏皮啦、捲得不好...原來蛋糕是成敗的關鍵。
其實呢個cake係聖樹頭蛋糕的變奏,用雪芳蛋糕的方法做,一向不太愛吃西餅的呔爸也十分鍾意。這蛋糕質地較軟熟,容易捲,也不會有黏皮的問題;忌廉加了栗子容,無噤單調,吃多一件也可以。
