日式菠蘿包--1st attempt

第一次整菠蘿包,做日式係因為唔洗用臭粉(未買),食譜係跟mabelchong大師父既。爐火猛咗少少,晒燶咗d>.<,下次要較番低温d。
係search食譜過程中,竟然被我發現呔爸中意食既"奄尖廣式菠蘿包"--(d皮唔可以太硬太脆,皮又唔可以與包太分離既廣式菠蘿包),等呔爸返泥我試吓先!
